- Supporting Organisations
Our goal as JTB
Our goal is to maximise the untapped talent pool of professionals and expose those who have accumulated experience in the corporate world without an understanding of how to navigate the boardroom space. Our program is also aimed at supporting organisations to achieve sustainable growth by enhancing succession planning.
We seek to create a networking space
Journey to The Boardroom also seeks to create a networking space within which these professionals would be introduced to experienced individuals with significant boardroom experience. By fostering these connections, the initiative will help participants gain insights, mentorship, and guidance from those who have navigated the complexities of boardroom dynamics over the years
Overall, we believe in removing the barriers that have kept professionals from boardroom tables. In a world where tradition and hierarchy have long defined leadership circles, Journey to The Boardroom emerges as a brand with a vision for a more inclusive and diverse leadership.
